Meet my friends Brandy and Drew :) These two are getting married next month in the Dominican Republic and Gary and I can’t wait to capture their day and have a little babymoon all in one! Southerners brought to Colorado Springs by Drew’s job in the Air Force, Brandy and Drew are both engineers who were put together by matchmaker friends at an Alabama football game close to three years ago.
There were SO many elk throughout the park. That’s Long’s Peak in the background with an elevation of 14,259 feet, over 100 feet taller than Pikes Peak here in Colorado Springs and the only “fourteener” in Rocky Mountain National Park.
I may or may not have been standing in this creek to shoot these two on their precarious perch :)
Brandy is both a gold and silver wearer so the surprise stone on her engagement ring being circled in gold fits her perfectly.
Counting down the days to a very different scene to come in the Caribbean when these two say “I do”!
