Hi, I’m Erin – thanks for stopping by!

I’m a mom of two boys, wife to my high school sweetheart, lover of design and a little bit obsessed with Trader Joe’s.

As a chronic fitness quitter, fast food addicted, sweets loving, busy mom of two,

I embarked on a journey toward health and wellness in August of 2015 when our second son was 7 months old and haven’t looked back! I’ve undergone some pretty big physical changes since then (down 3+ pant sizes and 23 pounds) but more than that I finally escaped from the vicious cycle of stress eating and “convenience first and foremost” that I was stuck in and have FOUND a sustainable path to health and happiness through simple nutrition methods and approachable (and enjoyable) at-home workouts!

My personal success has been so invigorating that I haven’t been able or wanted to keep it to myself! I’ve since discovered the true JOY of helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals through online coaching.
